The investors of Tat bank decided on creating a distinct bank on the year 2007.The bank then received its principal agreement( letter number 87/106622) followed by its subscription agreement(letter number 121/86122). Tat bank's capital has been divided into 2 milliard shares, each one is worth 1000 Rials (no preference shares) The company's capital is 2000 milliard Rial.
Tat investment group: The foundations of Tat bank were built in the early 1960s by Mr. Aliakbar Ansari in the field of construction. Then in the 1980s the investment activities of this group reached its peak with the management of Mr. Ali Ansari. The spectacular management of this group has led to many successful recognitions in the development of this country. On the year 2007 Tat investment group was recognized as “Industrial Excellence” and on the year 2008 as “The Best Brand”.
Saipa industrial group: Saipa investment group, the representative of Saipa industrial group (the car corporation) was established on the year 1966 under the name “Citroen joint stuck company”.
Saipa car production is the second car production company in the country and the third industrial company in the Middle East. Saipa has 1700 million dollars worth of capital and the production capacity of producing 650000 automobiles. Saipa exports its automobiles to various parts of the world.
